Good News was born in Barcelona in 2020, right in the middle of the pandemic, with the purpose of bringing back good vibes and reinventing newsstands as community hubs.

Since then, we’ve managed to spread our Good Vibes across more than 30 spots in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris and Amsterdam, and into over 2,000 homes and 100 offices.

Our mission is to lead the revolution of coffee and functional beverages in Europe, inspiring an optimistic, healthy and sustainable lifestyle. • Welcome, assist and build customer loyalty with friendliness and warmth.
• Prepare coffees, matchas and other specialties following our quality standards.
• Introduce new products, launches and promotions to customers.
• Perform opening and/or closing duties for the shop.
• Keep the space clean, organized and aligned with Good News standards.
• Restock and arrange products following brand guidelines.
• Know the characteristics of the coffee, products and allergens to ensure safe service.
• Represent Good News at events, activations or brand collaborations.
• Contribute to a respectful, collaborative and positive team culture.
• Keep track of the store's inventory.

• Organized, responsible and with strong decision‑making skills.
• Great customer service skills and a desire to offer a memorable experience.
• Interest in the world of coffee and customer care.
• Punctual, committed and eager to learn.
• English recommended, but not required to apply.

• 21 hours/week (Thursday to Sunday)
• 25.75 hours/week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday + Saturday and Sunday)
• 32.5 hours/week (Monday to Friday)
• 13 hours/week (Saturday and Sunday)
