ZARA is seeking a CX Manager in Amsterdam to take ownership of the in-store customer journey, ensuring high-quality interactions and leading a customer-centric team.
The ideal candidate will monitor customer experience KPIs and adapt strategies accordingly, while also developing the Customer Experience team through effective training and feedback.
This position requires full EU work authorization and flexibility regarding store locations in the Netherlands.
