Position: Vintage Fashion eCommerce Coordinator, 3 month FTC (div/f/m)

This is a 3-month fixed‑term employee contract with potential to extend. The role is part of the eBay xTise In‑house team, where you will be employed by DEPT® but embedded within eBayxTise, focused on the German market.

Job Purpose

Internally titled Sourcing & Listing Operator, this position is responsible for product sourcing and listing for the German market. Key duties include sourcing inventory, creating and managing product listings, ensuring efficient customer service and contributing to a seamless customer experience.

What You’ll Do
  • Source, document and manage inventory, including preparing and shipping sold products.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date inventory records.
  • Create and manage product listings to ensure a relevant assortment that represents the German market.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager on pricing strategies.
  • Ensure a positive and seamless customer experience throughout the buyer journey.
  • Capture product photography for listings in everyday settings, such as at home or outside.
What You Bring
  • Experience in fashion, retail, e‑commerce logistics or customer service is a plus.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel and basic knowledge of product photography.
  • Proficiency in both English and German languages.
  • Knowledge of industry trends.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • Logistics and operational coordination experience.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage daily operations efficiently.
  • Sales‑oriented mindset with a focus on results and performance.
