For our store in Amsterdam (Hartenstraat) we are looking for a Sales Assistant (m/f/x) min. 24 hours per week fixed term.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service and adapt brand stories to the retail setting
- Ensure optimum sales levels are met
- Ensure that all operational store policies and procedures are followed
- Take pride in store appearance and embrace the Carhartt store look
- Develop product knowledge and understanding of the business
- Establish consumer loyalty and satisfaction
- Have fun selling our product whilst engaging with our valued customers
- Customer service and/or retail experience preferred
- Dedicated, team-oriented and flexible
- Excellent communication and "people" skills
- Confidence, drive and enthusiasm
- Fluent in English and/or Dutch
