The Team
The Omni Planning & Allocation team drives commercial trade, financial planning, demand forecasting, inventory allocation, and replenishment across all channels and categories. The team collaborates with Buying/Merchandising, DTC Channel teams, Hubs, and Finance to align product and inventory decisions with company-wide planning objectives.
The Position
As EMEA Demand & Inventory Planner, you will contribute to the total EMEA seasonal demand forecasting and buying plans for selected product categories or divisions, working closely with DTC channels and wholesale key account planning teams to support sales, margin, and inventory goals.
Key Responsibilities
Provide insights for long‑term planning, supporting top‑down seasonal sales, margin, and inventory plans to meet corporate targets.
Collaborate with DTC Buying, Merchandising, and Wholesale Account teams to align product category demand forecasts with seasonal strategies.
Create EMEA option‑level demand plans, improving accuracy of sell‑in versus forecast.
Contribute to the Integrated Demand Planning (IDP) process, ensuring product demand plans reconcile against channel demand.
Offer demand insights in the seasonal range planning process, reviewing option counts, volume segmentation, and customer needs across channels.
Support quantifying seasonal buy recommendations for mainline, and size consolidated buys for the Planning Operations team.
Implement and exploit new systems and processes to continually increase team efficiency.
Measures of Success
Sales and revenue in line with targets, including net sales and net margin.
EMEA fabric liability and buy accuracy.
High demand planning accuracy across planning KPIs.
Requirements
3–5+ years of experience in wholesale planning, demand planning, or merchandise planning within fashion, retail, or consumer goods.
Sound expertise in demand and wholesale planning and understanding of demand‑driven merchandise financials.
Commercial and results‑driven mindset with the ability to balance short‑term sales needs and long‑term strategy.
Strong analytical skills and experience in data‑driven decision‑making, leveraging insights to optimize buying strategies.
Stakeholder management skills, collaborating effectively with Merchandising, DTC Merch Planning & Buying, Hub Wholesale, Planning Operations, Global Counterparts, and Supply Chain.
Problem‑solving skills to tackle complex issues and assess required solutions.
Highly adaptable and proactive, thriving in a fast‑paced, evolving retail environment.
Fluency in English.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or retail.
