Position: UNIQLO Management Candidate - Graduate Programme 2026
Step into the future of retail leadership with Life Wear. The UNIQLO Management Candidate (UMC) Programme offers a 12‑month rotational training across sales, supervision, and store operations. Participants develop business insight, operational excellence, and leadership skills.
Programme Structure    Months 1–4 – Foundations  – Work as a sales associate on the shop floor. Learn customer service, fitting rooms, deliveries & replenishment, checkout & omni‑channel services. Master core UNIQLO values: customer focus, attention to detail, efficiency.
Months 5–6 – Supervision  – Lead daily operations, train colleagues, and own sales performance. Responsibilities include daily scheduling, team coordination, training new team members, and owning a key product category. Build people‑management skills and trust across a diverse team.
Months 7–12 – Business Driver  – Share broad operational responsibility with the Store Manager. Responsibilities include sale floor layout & optimization, staff development & training plans, store audits, brand standard maintenance, weekly scheduling, monitoring sales KPIs, and inventory management. Gain crisis‑management experience and deliver high customer service.
Responsibilities   Lead sales and operational activities daily.
Develop and execute training plans for team members.
Analyze sales KPIs and manage inventory.
Maintain brand standards through store audits.
Coordinate scheduling and resource allocation.
Handle crises and complex customer situations.
Qualifications   Graduates with the right to work full‑time in the Netherlands.
Proficient in English and Dutch (B1 minimum for Dutch).
Ready to start full‑time from September
2026.
Flexible to work weekends, bank holidays and various shifts.
Willing to relocate within the Netherlands.
Strong communication, customer‑centric mindset, commercial acumen, and resilience.
