LIDL Nederland is op zoek naar een plaatsvervangend supermarktmanager in Amsterdam. In deze rol werk je nauw samen met de supermarktmanager en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van het team en het opstellen van de personeelsplanning. Met jouw ontwikkelingsgerichte managementstijl zorg je ervoor dat klanten met een glimlach het filiaal verlaten.
De functie biedt een salaris vanaf €3.133,73 bruto per maand en interne opleidingsprogramma's, inclusief leiderschapstrainingen en personeelsplanning. Flexibele werktijden en een gezonde werkplek zijn ook inbegrepen.
Je hebt minimaal hbo werk- en denkniveau en ongeveer 1 jaar ervaring met leidinggeven, bij voorkeur in de retail.
