Retail Assistant Store Manager

• Directly responsible for achieving the store’s objectives (sales and KPIs).
• Ensure customer service in the store in accordance with brand values and PUMA’s service standards.
• Responsible for the selection, management, and training of the team, including performance evaluations, team briefings, and analysis of customers, purchasing trends, and competitive information to drive the business and provide feedback to the Area Manager.
• Manage Loss Prevention and be directly responsible for compliance with Loss Prevention within the store.
• Participate in new store openings and attend all required training sessions; travel may be required.
• Maintain visual merchandising according to PUMA standards.
• Execute all requirements necessary to maintain a safe and compliant working environment for store staff.
• Responsible for compliance with Policies and Procedures.
• Inventory management.

• 2–4 years of management experience in retail, managing teams and products.
• Strong communication and motivational skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Leadership.
• Microsoft Suite proficiency.
