Deka Markt zoekt een ervaren HR Business Partner met minimaal 5 jaar ervaring die impact wil maken in een dynamische retailomgeving. De rol omvat verantwoordelijkheid voor circa 33 winkels in Noord-Holland. Je versterkt leiderschap, adviseert leidinggevenden over HR-thema’s, en werkt data-gedreven aan optimalisatie van HR-processen.
In ruil biedt Deka Markt een bruto maandsalaris tussen €3.850,- en €5.500,-, 30 vakantiedagen, en flexibele werktijden met een goede pensioenregeling.
