Marie-Stella-Maris is op zoek naar een Area Manager die verantwoordelijk is voor 10-15 boutiques in Nederland en/of België. In deze rol ben je de schakel tussen het hoofdkantoor en de boutiques, gericht op commerciële groei en een consistente merkbeleving.
Je coach vast boutique teams, monitort de verkoopprestaties en ondersteunt regionale ontwikkeling. Met minimaal 5 jaar leidinggevende ervaring en affiniteit met premium retail word je gevraagd om een proactieve rol in de lokale community.
