Associate​/Manager – Restructuring - Strategy Consulting

Overview   The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an Associate/Manager to join a highly dynamic and rapidly expanding restructuring practice within a leading European strategy advisory boutique in Amsterdam.

This role offers exposure to complex turnaround situations across a wide range of sectors, with meaningful responsibility from day one.
Your Role   Lead financial restructuring and business recovery projects for mid-sized and large clients.
Coordinate the development of turnaround strategies, cash flow analysis, and stakeholder presentations.
Serve as a key client contact, guiding negotiations and strategic discussions.
Mentor junior consultants and analysts through complex mandates.
Actively support business development and contribute to pitch processes.
Ideal Background   Master s degree in Finance, Business, or related fields.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in restructuring, transaction services, or financial advisory.
Advanced modeling and liquidity planning skills.
Adaptable, proactive, and eager to take ownership in a collaborative setting.
