Sales Retail

Position: Sales Retail employee
As the store manager of this e-bike shop in the heart of Amsterdam, you are the driving force of the location and the face of the business. You open the store independently, prepare the e-bikes for sales and rentals, and welcome tourists and locals with a hospitable attitude. During the day, you advise customers, supervise a colleague on Saturdays, and ensure the shop looks representative.

You close the day with accurate administration and align ongoing matters directly with the owner and her right hand.

Responsibilities
Running the e-bike shop in Amsterdam, working independently 60% of the time and collaborating with a colleague 40% of the time.
Managing daily store sales and the new rental concept for both tourists and locals.
Advising customers and sharing your enthusiasm directly on the shop floor.
Serving as the primary point of contact for customers and communicating directly with the owner and her right hand.
Ensuring a representative appearance of the store and monitoring the store inventory.
Handling daily administration and store reporting.

Requirements
Proven sales experience and excellent customer service skills.
An independent leader who takes responsibility and handles professional freedom well.
Strong affinity with e-bikes and the motivation to learn within an innovative environment.
Fluent in English, and Dutch is a plus.
Availability to work a schedule that runs from Tuesday to Saturday.
Availability to spend your first working day attending an introduction at the Hoofddorp location.

A direct contract with the employer (Recruitment & Selection).
A salary between € 3100 and € 3400 gross per month.
8% holiday allowance.
