As we continue our rapid expansion across Europe, we are looking for a Retail Operations & Supply Chain Coordinator to ensure operational excellence across our network. Our mission is to deliver exceptional in-store experiences while maintaining operational excellence behind the scenes.
The opportunity
As Retail Operations & SC Coordinator, you will support our European store network by improving stockroom organization, inventory processes, operational procedures, and store workflows.
Your primary point of contact in stores will be the Store Stock Coordinators &/or Operations Managers, working closely together to improve operational standards and stockroom efficiency.
You will also collaborate with Store Managers and Assistant Managers to ensure operational improvements are implemented successfully. The role requires regular travel to stores across Europe, where you will assess store operations, support teams on‑site, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
You will work closely with the Retail Director and Head of Product at headquarters to ensure strong alignment between store operations, product flow, and retail execution. This role plays a key part in ensuring that our stores operate efficiently, particularly within the back‑of‑house and stockroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
Store Operations Support
Support stores across Europe in improving back‑of‑house operations and stockroom organization.
Act as the primary HQ contact for Store Stock Coordinators regarding operational processes and stockroom management.
Operational Standards & SOP Development
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for store operations and stock handling.
Define and document best practices for stockroom organization, inventory flow, and operational workflows.
Ensure consistent implementation of operational standards across all stores.
Store Assessments & Improvement Plans
Conduct operational store visits and assessments across the European retail network.
Identify opportunities to improve stock flow, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Develop and follow up on store‑specific improvement plans together with Store Stock Coordinators and store management teams.
Stockroom & Inventory Excellence
Improve stockroom layout, organization, and stock handling processes.
Support stores in maintaining high inventory accuracy and efficient replenishment processes.
Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks in stock flow.
Training & Operational Support
Train Store Stock Coordinators and store teams on operational procedures and best practices.
Support the rollout of new operational processes and tools across the store network.
Share operational best practices between stores.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the Retail Director and Head of Product to ensure smooth operational execution of product launches and retail initiatives.
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics, and Merchandising teams to improve store stock flow and operational efficiency.
WHO YOU ARE & BRING
2–5 years of experience in retail operations, store management, stockroom management, or retail supply chain.
Experience in fashion or lifestyle retail environments is preferred.
Strong understanding of store operations, stockroom management, and inventory processes.
Willingness to travel frequently across Europe. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
Pragmatic and solution‑oriented, with the ability to work directly in store environments.
Ability to support operational rollouts and drive improvement initiatives across multiple stores.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Fluent English, able to work in site in Amsterdam with 50-60% travelling across Europe.
