Albert Heijn Group zoekt een Shiftleider Allround voor onze franchise-winkel. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van shifts op de afdelingen Vers, Operatie en Service en zorgt ervoor dat de winkel dagelijks soepel draait. Je werkt nauw samen met de supermarktmanager en de winkelcoördinator.
Verder coach je het team, bewaak je de planning en ben je in contact met klanten. Ervaring in retail en affiniteit met technologie zijn gewenst.
