Job Description  The Retail Store Manager serves as Vuori's first retail ambassador and business leader within a new market, responsible for establishing and growing the brand's presence from the ground up. This role is critical in shaping customer perception, building local awareness, and creating a retail destination that embodies Vuori's premium positioning, community focus, and commitment to exceptional experiences.
As a market pioneer, the Retail Store Manager leads with vision and purpose, building high-performing teams, cultivating strong community relationships, and driving commercial results. Through strategic leadership, operational excellence, and an unwavering commitment to the customer experience, they lay the groundwork for Vuori's long-term success and future expansion within the region.
Create an Unforgettable Customer Experience  Lead by example to ensure every customer receives an exceptional and memorable experience that reflects the Vuori brand.
Take full ownership of the sales floor, customer journey, and team performance, ensuring customer experience remains the highest priority.
Champion a customer-centric culture by coaching and developing teams to deliver consistent, elevated service standards.
Prepare fitting rooms, support product discovery, find appropriate sizes, and provide knowledgeable, honest styling and fit recommendations.
Build lasting relationships with customers through personalized outreach, including purchase follow-up, new product launches, replenishment opportunities, and community events.
Serve as a brand ambassador within a new and developing market, helping to establish customer loyalty, advocacy, and local brand awareness.
Maintain expert knowledge of product assortments, key business drivers, market trends, and best sellers, sharing insights with both customers and the team.
Gather customer and market feedback to help inform future growth opportunities and strengthen Vuori's position within the region.
Be the business  Build and lead a high-performing team that drives sales, customer loyalty, and brand advocacy during Vuori's expansion into a new market.
Develop a deep understanding of customer trends, competitors, and the broader retail landscape, positioning yourself and your team as ambassadors for the Vuori brand.
Champion market-establishing projects and initiatives that increase brand awareness, strengthen community engagement, and support long-term growth.
Act as the voice of the market, translating customer and inventory insights into actionable recommendations that drive the business forward.
Leadership/Ownership  Leads the processing of all shipments of product, as well as inventory management.
Works with Area Manager on daily maintenance, sales strategy, community and team management to ensure the business runs smoothly and successfully.
Leads the team in daily maintenance of store including restocking product, maintaining visual merchandising, re-ticketing and cleaning.
Utilizes the utmost responsibility, attention to protocol and safety standards in closing/opening the store daily.
Under the guidance of the Area Manager, encourages employees to give 100%, adhere to punctuality and role responsibilities at all times.
Qualifications  Proven experience leading high-performing retail teams, ideally as a Store Manager in a premium retail environment.
Demonstrates an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build, scale, and establish a business in a new market.
