The role
As a Financial Controller, you will work within an innovative real estate management platform contributing to the development of the company’s financial process’, think forward thinking digitalised analysis and reporting. You will quickly gain a high level of responsibility, and we will rely on you. You will work closely with various internal departments, such as the asset management, data, operations and portfolio strategy teams, international colleagues and external partners.

Main activities

Lead and manage the financial analysis and reporting processes in conjunction with our external partners with a strong focus on quality, consistency and compliance.

Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and audited year end financials to deliver clear and insightful financial reporting in accordance with IFRS and/or German GAAP (HGB).

Inform financial decision-making by contributing to budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.

Manage treasury activities, cash flow forecasting, and capital contributions and distributions to support effective financial management.
