Sales Assistant

As a Sales Assistant at Afura, you know how to work a shop floor. You start conversations with ease, take initiative and jump on any task without hesitation. • Drive sales by creating a positive, knowledgeable and welcoming shopping experience.
• Develop strong product knowledge to advise customers effectively.
• Provide excellent after-sales service, including handling returns, complaints and customer enquiries.
• Support day-to-day store operations, including stock handling, inventory control and visual merchandising.
• Maintain a clean, organised and well-presented store environment.
• Process online orders, including fulfilment and customer requests.
• Support in-store events and promotional activities.

• 2+ years of retail experience required
• Available for flexible scheduling across weekdays and weekends
• Proactive, reliable and comfortable taking initiative
• Confident and approachable with customers
• Genuinely interested in fashion, design and the brands we carry
• Basic Excel or Google Sheets skills required
• Fluent in English;
  Dutch is a plus
• Experience with Shopify or retail POS systems is a plus
