The Role  As the Senior Retail Marketing Manager for HOKA EMEA, you will play a critical role in shaping and elevating HOKA's retail brand experience across our rapidly expanding Direct-to-Consumer retail landscape throughout Europe. We are looking for someone to join us in Amsterdam, Munich or Dusseldorf.
You will lead the development and execution of integrated retail marketing strategies that drive consumer traffic, strengthen brand storytelling, and support commercial growth across all HOKA retail touchpoints. Acting as the strategic lead for retail marketing, you will translate global brand campaigns, seasonal priorities, and product stories into compelling and locally relevant consumer experiences.
Your work will directly influence how consumers experience HOKA in-store, creating meaningful connections between our brand, our products, and the communities we serve.
You will collaborate closely with Retail, Visual Merchandising, CRM, Paid Media, Merchandising, Sales, Events, Social and Digital teams, along with regional and local marketing stakeholders, to deliver seamless and elevated omnichannel consumer experiences.
We're looking for a strategic, commercially minded retail marketing leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building unforgettable consumer experiences through premium retail.
Your Impact   Own the seasonal and annual retail marketing strategy across EMEA, ensuring alignment with global brand priorities, go-to-market calendars, and commercial objectives.
Develop and execute impactful retail campaigns, product launches, store openings, and key brand moments across HOKA retail environments.
Collaborate with Visual Merchandising, Creative and Brand teams to deliver premium retail storytelling and engaging consumer journeys.
