    Your role :
    • You will be responsible for delivering the targeted sales of sport products in the Benelux market by leading and coaching a team of three independent sales representatives and account managers, as well as identifying new business opportunities.
    • In addition to managing the team, you will directly handle several key accounts.
    • The role is both field and office based, requiring regular travel across the Benelux region to visit customers, attend internal meetings, and support your sales team. You will also participate in conferences, trade fairs, and exhibitions, including occasional overnight stays.
    • As Sports Sales Manager, you are ultimately accountable for achieving sales targets through the implementation and monitoring of sales strategies for Oakley and Bliz, ensuring alignment with the overall regional direction. You will work closely with Trade Marketing, Demand Planning, and Customer Service to guarantee optimal product visibility, stock flow, and sell‑through performance.
    Main responsibilities:
    • Developing a strategic plan encompassing sales, brand, retail marketing and operations for the Benelux market;
    • Explore multiband opportunities within the sports / lifestyle market.
    • Setting and communicating sales targets through effective bottom‑up planning processes in conjunction with the General Manager.
    • Focusing sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers;
    • Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
    • Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management;
