We are growing across the UK region, and we’re looking for a passionate Account Executive to help us accelerate that growth.

We’re searching for an energetic, entrepreneurial Account Executive who loves creating opportunities, building connections, and closing meaningful deals. You’ll be the face of Convious in the UK market; identifying new partners, shaping commercial relationships, and helping iconic leisure destinations transform how they do business.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing new partner

  • Develop new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, and following up on inbound leads.

  • Understand prospects’ needs and provide consultative solutions using Convious’ all-in-one platform.

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, CS and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless partner journey from first contact to go-live.

  • Be creative – leverage campaigns, referrals, and partnership initiatives to build your pipeline and boost engagement.

  • Represent Convious at trade shows and industry events in the UK region.

Who You Are
  • You’re a relationship builder and trusted advisor. Consultative, transparent, and driven by impact, not just transactions.

  • You have 3–5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally within Fintech, Payments, or Marketing Technology.

  • You’re fluent in English, and confident in communicating complex ideas in both languages.

  • You thrive on outbound sales; proactive, creative, and resilient when it comes to opening doors and keeping momentum.

  • You’re data-minded and structured; comfortable managing pipelines, forecasting accurately, and being accountable to clear performance metrics.

  • You’re entrepreneurial. Resourceful, curious, and motivated by scaling something great

  • You’re motivated by targets and teamwork in equal measure. Ambitious but collaborative.
