Position: Future Co-Founder
Overview  YOUNG is a venture group that builds and scales its own companies across hospitality, real estate, media, work spaces and consumer brands. We don’t invest in ideas — we build real businesses with real operations, revenue and growth.
We are not looking for employees. We are looking for builders. People with ambition, ownership, speed and execution. People who want to build something meaningful instead of spending years watching from the sidelines.
What you’ll do  You step directly into one of our companies and work on:
operations
growth
sales
partnerships
execution
new ventures
scaling existing businesses
You work closely with founders and the YOUNG holding team. No simulations. No fake cases. No corporate hierarchy. You become part of the business from day one.
