You collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment and drive execution. With your commercial mindset and entrepreneurial approach, you make a real impact within a growing and competitive market.
Key Responsibilities Execute the obesity strategy in the Netherlands and translate it into clear growth priorities and actionable initiatives
Drive growth in procedures, revenue, and market share
Identify and actively pursue commercial opportunities across accounts and regions
Leverage available tools, programs and propositions to accelerate performance
Lead and support the introduction of new products and initiatives
Build and strengthen relationships with hospitals, clinics and key stakeholders
Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g. sales, marketing, medical, market access) to drive execution and impact
Analyze market trends, competition, and business performance
Monitor KPIs and adjust actions to optimize results
Leadership Principles (J&J CEO Principles) Compete – Drive growth where it matters most
Identify where growth is happening or lagging across the Netherlands
Prioritize accounts and opportunities with the highest business impact
Leverage tools, programs and commercial levers to drive performance
Translate customer and market insights into concrete growth actions

Translate strategy into clear, actionable plans across accounts and regions
Drive strong and consistent execution in the field

Optimize – Scale what works
Identify successful approaches and scale them across accounts or regions
Continuously adjust based on data, insights and results

Combination of strategic understanding and hands‑on execution.
Requirements Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of relevant commercial experience in Med Tech
Proven track record in driving business growth and gaining market share
Experience in a customer‑facing role within a complex healthcare environment
Experience working in a matrix organization
Skills & Competencies Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and act on opportunities
Proven ability to manage complexity and thrive in a dynamic, uncertain environment
Ability to collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams
Strong communication and influencing skills across different stakeholder levels
Ability to translate strategy into concrete actions and results in the field
Analytical mindset with ability to work with performance data (e.g. KPIs, Excel)
Hands‑on, execution‑driven with a strong drive to deliver results
