The role  We are looking for a Founding Partnerships & Community team member to strategise and build our partnerships GTM channel. You’re coming from a Snr/Lead Partnerships role and are comfortable setting the partnerships commercial strategy and executing it, onboarding our first 20 partners across mobility, travel, payments and legal industries. You will prospect, nurture, negotiate and close partners across our core market the Netherlands.
You will work directly with the CEO and play a central role in proving out our partnerships go-to-market channel, defining our partnerships channel strategy, growth and commercial model. You are not coming to inherit a process, you are coming to build one.
What this role is not  Your job is going to be everything but easy or straight-lined. You will be required to context switch, think for yourself, problem-solve and sometimes work more than the required hours to get high-priority projects over the line. What impact you will have   Define our partnerships engine as part of a repeatable GTM playbook. Close new partners unlocking Neno's core SME segments in ecom, SaaS, security, travel and retail industries: companies with 10-100 employees and annual revenues of €500K-€20M+
Build and manage a self-sourced partnerships pipeline in parallel with inbound and marketing-generated leads
Refine and document the partnerships playbook: discovery frameworks, demo scripts, objection handling, partner proposal templates.
Partner with Marketing and Product to feed market intelligence back into our positioning and roadmap
Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly partnerships attributed lead-gen & revenue targets

Responsibilities   Own a self-sourced partnerships motion in the Netherlands
Manage a clean, accurate CRM pipeline with realistic close dates and clear next steps
Prove the partnerships ROI within 6 months with a clear plan to scale the team within 12 months.
Commercial Execution   Run consultative discovery calls that surface pain and build genuine business case
Deliver compelling product demos tailored to the partners onboarding requirements
Navigate complex multi-stakeholder deals: from finance lead to CEO sign-off
Close partner deals with a win-win-win commercial outcome and sustainable unit economics.
AI-Native Selling   Use AI tools (e.g., Claude) daily for partner research, personalised outreach, call preparation and follow-up drafting
Leverage our AI-powered product demo to show, not tell what Neno can do for our partners customer
Playbook & Process   Document what works and what doesn t, every quarter we get smarter about how we position and price Neno amongst our technology partnerships ecosystem.
Collaborate with Marketing on ICP validation, messaging and campaign feedback loops
