We are looking for a Sales Executive who can win over HR and Communication clients for our innovative approach with enthusiasm, personality, and substance.

Who we are looking for?
A results-driven and entrepreneurial Sales Executive who knows how to win over clients. Someone who proactively approaches people and can have content-driven conversations, even at the executive level.

What does the ideal candidate look like?

Experience with HR and/or Communication as a target group

At least 3 years of work experience in a commercial role

HBO level of thinking

Strong communicator

Results-oriented and eager to learn

Interest in Communication & Employee Experience

What will you be doing?
Conducting conversations and giving demos, both online and on-site, to present our solutions

Acquiring new clients by following up on cold and warm leads

Managing your own client portfolio

Attending networking events and fairs to represent Plek

Building relationships with key decision-makers in the HR and Communication world

Analyzing market trends and customer feedback to provide input to marketing and the product team

Collaborating with the Customer Success team for smooth onboarding of new clients

Negotiating contracts and closing deals
