We're on the lookout for an International Buyer to spearhead our  Global Duty Free and Travel Retail expansion . If you're ambitious, driven, and passionate about fostering business relationships, this role is perfect for you. As a Buyer within Duty Free for our strongest division, your day will be filled with excitement and challenges. You will collaborate closely with your colleagues, sharing insights and discussing the latest developments in purchasing and sales processes.

Given that buying and selling prices are influenced by international market dynamics, you'll keep a vigilant eye on market trends.

Your role is all about building a long-term partnership with your suppliers/customers. You are always on the lookout for new duty-free channels to develop. You maintain contact with these channels via phone and you will also regularly meet them. You will be the link within supply and demand and with your eager negotiation skills you will develop the most prestigious brands like L’Oreal, Kerastase, Wella, Gucci, Dior and over 150 other global brands.

Additionally, you'll represent our company at various international business fairs.
Requirements   Who we are looking for:
We value commercial acumen, likability, reliability, and discretion. Long-term relationships with suppliers and customers are at the heart of our business. We're seeking a creative, outgoing team player with the following skills:
At least 2 years of experience in a commercial and international role. Experience in trade within the FMCG market is a big plus.
Thrives under targets and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset with passion for negotiation.
Ability to work efficiently across different time zones.
Availability to travel for business purposes.
Proficiency in one more language besides English and Dutch is a plus.
