What you’ll be doingCorpay is currently looking to hire a Partnerships Sales Manager (Dutch speaking) within our corporate payments division. This position falls under our Alpha Group line of business and is located in Amsterdam. In this role, you will deal with stakeholders from across the alternative investment fund space as you position a product looking to solve issues that investment funds and corporates face when looking to open bank accounts.
This is an opportunity for a self-starter – someone with big ambitions, but also the urgency and resilience to achieve them. Effort and potential are more important to us than experience. You will report directly to the Head of Alternative Banking and regularly collaborate with the Alpha Sales teams.
As a Partnership Sales Manager you will be expected to work in an office environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:
- Assigned workspace in the Amsterdam office.
- Company-issued equipment.
- Formal, hands‑on training.
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Making use of full cycle of sales strategies to build and develop relationships with a variety of different stakeholders across the alternative investment and international corporate landscape. There is an expectation to cold call to drive new business revenue in a competitive market, but also to maintain relationships on an ongoing basis.
- Identifying and pursuing growth opportunities with partners while facilitating cross-sell opportunities for other products within the business to increase revenue within the jurisdiction.
- Being part of a central team in Alpha’s Institutional division reporting back to our head office in St Helier. Strong internal relationship management will be essential for success in this role.
- Expanding your knowledge of the alternative investment industry, staying ahead of market trends, and becoming a thought‑leader in the market.
- Contributing to growing Alpha’s reputation in private markets by attending and hosting events to enhance brand recognition within alternative investments.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Exceptional communication skills.

- High levels of emotional intelligence.
- Sales experience is preferable.
- Experience in alternative investments/funds/banking is preferable.
