Diagnostics & Genomics Sales Specialist; Nordics + Benelux

Position: Diagnostics & Genomics Sales Specialist (Nordics + Benelux)
What you’ll do

Serve as the primary Cytiva solutions provider for all diagnostic application needs within the assigned territory, representing the company with professionalism and deep customer understanding.

Develop and execute a strategic territory plan in partnership with Cytiva colleagues and distribution partners to drive annual account growth and expand market presence.

Own accurate and timely sales forecasting and pipeline management in CRM while achieving quarterly and annual operating plans and driving customer satisfaction and retention.

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including marketing‑generated leads, while leading pricing negotiations and supporting complex, strategic deal development.

Collaborate closely with customer R&D and technical teams, alongside internal R&D, FAS, and Product partners, to deliver optimal solutions that accelerate customer success.

Who you are

A bachelor’s degree in the Life Sciences field, in biology, biochemistry, immunology, or molecular biology.

5+ years of commercial experience, preferably in the Life Sciences industry.

Experience with magnetic beads, lateral flow, membrane‑based applications, or Next Generation Sequencing.

Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders & to work collaboratively across functions and geographies to drive execution.

Good analytical skills as well as experience with sales tools such as

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to present technical presentations and training. Ability to coordinate, lead and influence internal and external teams.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Qlik Sense or CRM system like

Master’s or Ph.D. degree in biology, biochemistry, immunology, or molecular biology.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements

Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

Ability to travel – up to 50% travel within territory.
