• Serve as the first point of contact for potential customers.
• Respond to inquiries via phone and email.
• Follow up on leads and provide advice on products.
• Identify customer needs and share insights with the team.
• Explain the organization’s offerings and how they can assist customers.
• Contribute ideas for sales strategies and market developments.
• Create a pleasant customer experience.

• A starting salary between €2,500 and €3,000 (depending on experience) + 8% holiday allowance.
