• Research and identify high-potential leads, understanding their business needs.
• Engage prospects through cold outreach, including calls, emails, video’s and Linked In messages.
• Develop relationships with business leaders and C-suite and introduce them to Churned.
• Deliver industry expertise, uncover customer pain points and position Churned's value.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline, working closely with your deals and keeping them engaged.
• Providing guidance to the commercial side of Churned to support the next phase of growth.

• Minimum of one year sales experience, preferably in the tech space or a dynamic company.
• Legally allowed to live and work in the EU. Remote work is not an option.
• Ambitious and growth-oriented, driven by high energy and discipline to consistently achieve sales quotas and exceed targets.
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting (incl calls) and handling objections.
• Someone who adds value to the cultural side and environment we have created.
• A great communicator that is fluent in English. Speaking another European language is a plus.
