Business Development Intern

Icetubs is looking for a Business Development Intern to help us bring cold therapy to more gyms, hotels, wellness studios and clinics across Europe, and to find the resellers who can carry our products into markets we can't reach alone.

We're looking for a Business Development Intern who isn't afraid of a cold start, in the inbox or the ice bath. You'll work closely with our sales team to build prospect and reseller lists, run outreach, and turn "who's this?" into booked calls. Getting real experience while making real impact.

Prospecting & research

• Map out potential B2B customers: gyms, hotels, spas, physio clinics, sports clubs and wellness studios across Europe
• Identify potential resellers and distribution partners: wellness retailers, sauna and spa installers, fitness equipment dealers, and online shops in new markets
• Find the right contact at each company and qualify whether they're a fit
• Keep our Hub Spot CRM clean, complete, and up to date

Cold outreach

• Reach out to prospects and resellers by email, Linked In, and phone, and follow up until you get an answer
• Write and test outreach messages, then double down on what gets replies
• Book discovery calls for the sales team and join some of them yourself
• Help prepare quotes, presentations, and follow-ups for open deals
• Support onboarding of new resellers: product info, pricing, marketing materials
• Track what's working (reply rates, meetings booked, deals influenced) and share it with the team
• Jump in on ad-hoc projects: events, partnerships, new market research

Must-Have Qualities

• Studying towards a Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or similar
• Available for a minimum of 6 months
• Comfortable reaching out to strangers and hearing "no" more than "yes"
• Clear, friendly writer who can get a point across in three sentences
• Self-starter who's comfortable in a lean team
• Fluent in English (Dutch, German, or Spanish a bonus)
• Interest in sports, recovery, or wellness

Bonus Qualities (Nice to Have)

• First experience in sales, hospitality, or a customer-facing role
• Experience with a CRM (Hub Spot or similar) or outreach tools like Apollo or Lemlist
• Familiar with Linked In Sales Navigator
• Understanding of how distribution or reseller channels work
