Een zorgorganisatie in Amsterdam is op zoek naar een begeleider voor jongvolwassenen met een verstandelijke beperking. Je biedt ondersteuning bij dagelijkse activiteiten en helpt hen zelfstandiger te worden. Flexibiliteit in werktijden is vereist, met diensten overdag, 's avonds, en in het weekend. De ideale kandidaat heeft minimaal mbo-niveau 4 in de zorg. Dit is een veelzijdige rol in een enthousiast team dat samenwerkt aan de ontwikkeling van cliënten.
