Als begeleider bied je ondersteuning aan cliënten met intensieve zorgvragen en creëert een veilige leefomgeving. Je beschikt over een MBO niveau 3 diploma in Zorg & Welzijn en hebt een groot hart voor de zorg. De functie biedt een jaarcontract met de mogelijkheid tot een vast dienstverband.
Flexibiliteit in werktijden is vereist.
