Een specialistische jeugdzorg organisatie zoekt een Specialistisch Ambulant Hulpverlener die oog heeft voor kinderen, jongeren en gezinnen. Je biedt ambulante begeleiding en werkt in een multidisciplinair team in de omgeving van Hilversum. De rol vereist een HBO diploma in de jeugdhulp en SKJ registratie. Je zult bijdragen aan het opstellen van plannen en het bieden van kwalitatieve hulp aan gezinnen.
Flexibel werken en verder ontwikkelen zijn mogelijk. Salaris in schaal 9, tussen de € 3.191,69 en € 4.766,96.
