Een organisatie in de geestelijke gezondheidszorg zoekt een jeugdmaatschappelijk werker voor het FACT Jeugdteam in Amsterdam. Je begeleidt jongeren tussen de 14 en 24 jaar met ernstige psychiatrische problemen en hebt een cruciale rol in behandeltrajecten. Vereisten zijn onder andere een HBO-diploma in Social Work of Maatschappelijk Werk en minimaal 3 jaar ervaring. Dit biedt een vast contract en diverse ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden.
