Je ontvangt een bruto maand salaris conform de cao Jeugdzorg, tussen de €3.309,79 en €4.943,34, afhankelijk van ervaring. 25 vakantiedagen en een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,3% van het bruto jaarsalaris zijn ook inbegrepen.
