Cordaan in Amsterdam zoekt een enthousiaste Begeleider voor optimale ondersteuning van bewoners met ernstige verstandelijke beperkingen. Je werkt samen met een team en zorgt voor structuur en een leeromgeving gericht op kwaliteit van zorg.
Je grootste taak is het begeleiden van bewoners, inclusief ADL-werkzaamheden en medicatietoedeling. Je hebt een MBO zorgdiploma en de mogelijkheid om minimaal 24 uur per week te werken. Ervaring in de verstandelijk gehandicaptenzorg is een pré.
