SIGRA zoekt een Persoonlijk Begeleider voor 24 tot 36 uur per week in Amsterdam. Als Persoonlijk Begeleider lever je intensieve ondersteuning aan cliënten die worstelen met verwardheid of cognitieve achteruitgang. Je helpt cliënten met dagelijkse taken en zorgt voor hun herstel en stabilisatie.
