Het Leger des Heils in Amsterdam is op zoek naar een Woonbegeleider om cliënten te ondersteunen in hun dagelijks leven en te werken aan een veilige leefomgeving. Je coördineert taken die horen bij persoonlijke hygiëne en rapporteert aan de Zorgcoördinator.
De rol vereist een HBO-diploma in Social Work en affiniteit met multi-problematiek. Ook biedt de functie mogelijkheden tot ontwikkeling en een jaarcontract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband.
