Jij maakt het verschil in het leven van bewoners met een auditieve beperking, coördineert zorg en bouwt aan een positieve omgeving. Ervaring met LVB is een pre, samen met flexibiliteit en een mbo-4 diploma in zorg of welzijn.
Jouw rol omvat samenwerking met gedragsdeskundigen, het opstellen van begeleidingsdoelen en coachen van collega's. De locatie biedt goede voorzieningen en ontwikkelmogelijkheden.
