Bij SIGRA, locatie Duinpan in IJmuiden, zijn we op zoek naar een Coördinerend begeleider. Je werkt 24/7 in een warme omgeving met cliënten met een verstandelijke beperking. Je begeleidt cliënten en coördineert zorg en ondersteuningsplannen.
Je krijgt de kans om verantwoordelijk te nemen in een betrokken team en te groeien in je rol. We bieden een salaris volgens CAO Gehandicaptenzorg en ruimte om te leren.
