Je coördineert de zorg en werkt samen met collega’s en ouders. Een MBO niveau 4 zorgopleiding is vereist, evenals affiniteit met complexe zorgvragen. Het salaris bedraagt €3052 tot €4262 per maand voor 36 uur per week.
