SEZO zoekt een enthousiaste collega voor hun Buurtteam in Amsterdam Nieuw-West. Als medewerker bied je ondersteuning aan Amsterdammers met vragen over zorg, geld en welzijn. Je werkt samen met diverse professionals in een betrokken organisatie.
Je zorgt voor maatwerkbegeleiding, maakt professionele afwegingen en betrekt het netwerk van de Amsterdammer. De functie vereist een HBO-opleiding in Social Work en ruime ervaring in het sociaal werk.
We bieden een uitdagende rol van 32-36 uur, met een salaris tussen € 3.319 en € 5.040 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring.
