TMI Nederland is op zoek naar een persoonlijk begeleider niveau 4 in Amsterdam die bereid is flexibel te werken in de gehandicaptenzorg. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van zorgplannen en de begeleiding van cliënten met complexe ondersteuningsvragen.
Je werkt in een dynamisch team waar samenwerking centraal staat en waar je de kans krijgt om jouw expertise in te zetten. Ervaring binnen de gehandicaptenzorg is vereist voor deze positie.
