S&Z Consultancy in Amsterdam zoekt een ervaren Jongerenadviseur voor intensieve begeleiding van jongeren en jongvolwassenen. Je participeert in een kort inwerkprogramma en bouwt een eigen caseload op volgens kwaliteitsstandaarden.
De rol omvat triage, rapporteren en samenwerken binnen een multidisciplinair team. We vragen minimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring en HBO-niveau. Er zijn kansen voor professionele ontwikkeling in een complexe grootstedelijke context.
