Stichting Philadelphia Zorg in Amsterdam zoekt een enthousiaste Persoonlijk Begeleider LVB Ouderenzorg voor 24 tot 32 uur per week. Je ondersteunt ouderen met een verstandelijke beperking en zorgt ervoor dat ze zelfstandig kunnen blijven leven.
In deze rol coördineer je ondersteuningsplannen, organiseer je activiteiten en zorg je voor kwaliteitsbewaking binnen het team. Een diploma Zorg & Welzijn op mbo-niveau is vereist, evenals ervaring binnen de gehandicaptenzorg.
Dit is een kans om te werken in een betrokken team met volop ruimte voor eigen initiatieven en trainingen.
