SIGRA in Hoorn zoekt een meewerkende Trajectbegeleider voor een dynamische zorglocatie. Je ondersteunt professioneel begeleiders en zorgt voor zorg op maat, terwijl je actief betrokken bent bij de trajecten van deelnemers.
Je hebt een HBO-diploma in Social Work en ervaring met verslavingszorg of psychiatrie is een plus. Je krijgt een salaris volgens de CAO Sociaal Werk met goede ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden en extra's zoals vakantietoeslag en pensioenopname.
