Bij SIGRA in Hoorn zijn we op zoek naar een begeleider voor Het Startpunt. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse begeleiding van deelnemers, waarbij je zorgt voor rust, structuur en gezelligheid. Je werkt aan begeleidingsplannen en bouwt een relatie op met de deelnemers om hun groei te ondersteunen.
Je zult ook rapporteren en de-escalerend handelen wanneer nodig. We zoeken iemand met een MBO4-diploma in Sociaal Werk en de bereidheid om flexibel te werken, inclusief onregelmatige diensten.
