Christelijke Vacature zoekt een begeleider zorg in Amsterdam voor 24-32 uur per week. Als Sociaal Pedagogisch Werker 2 ondersteun je cliënten van Domus+ met psychiatrie, verslaving en LVB. Je werkt herstelgericht en stimuleert zelfstandigheid in een veilige omgeving.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten het opstellen van behandelplannen, uitvoeren van begeleiding en bijdragen aan het leefklimaat. De functie biedt ruimte voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling, een salaris van € 2.870,- tot € 4.285,- o.b.v. 36 uur en een jaarcontract met uitzicht op vast.
