Een relevante MBO-opleiding is vereist, evenals flexibiliteit voor avond- en weekenddiensten. Er wordt een salaris conform CAO VVT aangeboden, inclusief toeslagen voor onregelmatige diensten en persoonlijke begeleiding in een betrokken team.
