Roads in Amsterdam zoekt een trajectcoach om mensen met psychische kwetsbaarheid te begeleiden naar herstel en duurzame participatie. Met een zelfstandige rol biedt je ondersteuning aan cliënten, werk samen met behandelaren en werkgevers, en bouw je netwerken uit. Je komt in een warm team dat ruimte biedt voor ontwikkeling. De functie is voor 32 uur per week, met flexibele arbeidsvoorwaarden.
Minimaal een relevante hbo-opleiding en 2 jaar ervaring zijn vereist. Arbeidsvoorwaarden zijn volgens CAO GGZ, met een salaris van €3.560,- tot €4.716,- bruto op basis van 36 uur.
